IT OnLine PC Service
Redesign of a website for remote online PC repair. A live animation of a remote repair, a problem-based guide, clear pricing and a short path to ordering.
A clear website that takes non-technical visitors from a problem to a booked repair
Brief
The website of a service that repairs computers remotely via RustDesk needed a new look and, above all, a clearer path to ordering. Visitors are often non-technical, their computer is misbehaving right now, and remote access can sound risky to them. The site has to explain quickly how the repair works, what it costs and why it is safe.
Solution
A modern, airy website that guides visitors step by step from their problem to a repair.
- An animation in the hero shows a remote session: a computer full of warnings is cleaned up before your eyes and the system status improves. The animation can be paused
- A “What’s wrong?” quick guide: visitors pick their problem and instantly see the recommended service and price
- A four-step process from first contact to the repair, with a free diagnosis
- Pricing with final prices and a clear rule for paying in advance
- A security section: encrypted connection, everything visible on the customer’s screen, disconnect with one click
- FAQ, quick contact by phone and WhatsApp, a sticky button bar on mobile
- Analytics only with consent, responsive on mobile, tablet and desktop
Result
The website feels trustworthy even to people who have never tried remote help. Within seconds they understand what will happen to their computer, what it will cost and how to get in touch. A problem turns into an order in a few clicks.
