How deployment works
Demo
You go through the demo and tell me what the app should handle for you. I tell you what works straight away and what I add.
Tailoring
I set up the questions, prices, texts and look for how your business runs. You know the price of the changes in advance.
Deployment
I add the app to your website, whether custom-built, WordPress or another system. The data stays on your hosting.
Hand-over and training
We go through the admin together and set up accounts and e-mails. Then you manage on your own, and I am a phone call away when needed.
Price: from CZK 90,000 for a licence to use it on one website, including basic set-up and deployment. Changes beyond the basic set-up are quoted in advance (CZK 1,200 an hour), with no monthly flat fee. Details in the app pricing.
Personal data and security
The demo stores and sends nothing. In the live version orders, payments and messages are stored on your hosting through the IT OnLine Application Framework, and we sign a data processing agreement. The guest’s location is used only on their phone to announce a stop.
What you ask most often
Is it a finished app?
The Japan with Aiko demo is a working front end with all screens, texts and the guide mascot; Aiko is a fictional guide. I tailor it to your brand and connect payments, stamp storage, chat and voice note uploads.
Do guests have to download it?
No. The app runs in the mobile browser; a link or a QR code is enough.
Does it work without a signal?
In the live version the route and voice notes download to the phone in advance, so no signal is needed on site. The demo shows the offline mode.
Who records the voice notes?
You or your guide, with just a phone. You upload them in the admin and attach them to a stop.
