When handing over a flat, a car or a machine, you fill in the report on a phone or tablet: condition, meter readings, keys and photos. Both parties sign with a finger on the screen and the PDF with signatures reaches both by e-mail while you are still there. A QR code in the PDF verifies that nobody has changed the document.

How deployment works
Demo
You go through the demo and tell me what the app should handle for you. I tell you what works straight away and what I add.
Tailoring
I set up the questions, prices, texts and look for how your business runs. You know the price of the changes in advance.
Deployment
I add the app to your website, whether custom-built, WordPress or another system. The data stays on your hosting.
Hand-over and training
We go through the admin together and set up accounts and e-mails. Then you manage on your own, and I am a phone call away when needed.
Price: from CZK 29,000 for a licence to use it on one website, including basic set-up and deployment. Changes beyond the basic set-up are quoted in advance (CZK 1,200 an hour), with no monthly flat fee. Details in the app pricing.
Personal data and security
The report contains personal data of both parties. The data is stored on your hosting and we sign a data processing agreement. The signature is a simple electronic signature: the name, time and a content fingerprint are stored with it, so any change after signing is visible.

What you ask most often
Is a signature on a screen valid?
It is a simple electronic signature under the eIDAS regulation, commonly used for handover reports; the time and a content fingerprint are stored with it. If your contracts require another type of signature, we discuss it beforehand.
Does it work without a signal?
A report in progress is saved on the device, so a signal drop does no harm. Signing and sending the PDF need a connection.
Can I have my own report template?
Yes. The flat, vehicle and machine templates are a starting point; I prepare others from your handover sheets.
What if there is a mistake in a report?
A signed report is not edited. You void it with a reason and fill in a new one; both stay in the history.
