Interactive floor plan
A ready-made app for developers and landlords. Visitors walk through the building floor by floor, see what is available on the plan and send an enquiry for the chosen flat right away.
Buyers pick a flat themselves and send an enquiry right away
Brief
Developers and landlords keep getting the same questions: “Is that flat still available?”, “How much is the one on the first floor?”. A PDF price list or a table on the website answers them poorly. The goal was an app where visitors explore the building on their own, see the current status and write straight about the flat they chose.
Solution
The floor plan is drawn from clear data. Every unit has its floor area, balcony, price, status and rooms, so changing a price or marking a flat as sold takes a minute and nobody redraws images.
- Floor switching and a drawn floor plan with rooms, lift and stairs
- Unit status by colour and pattern: available, reserved, sold
- Filter by layout, price and availability, with the number of matching units shown at once
- Hover over a flat to see the price, click for details with price per m² and rooms
- An enquiry straight from the detail, for a reserved flat as a waiting-list request
- A list of all units as a second view, also for screen readers
- Keyboard control, on mobile a scrollable plan with the detail below
- Light and dark mode
Result
A single embeddable block with no libraries that works in WordPress, Elementor and custom websites. Visitors get an answer before they would have time to call, and enquiries come in for flats that are really available.
Who it is for
Development projects, rental apartment buildings, offices and warehouses, trade fair stands or restaurant tables. I redraw the floor plans from your drawings, connect the data to your price list or CRM and match the look to your brand. More on the Interactive floor plan page, and I will prepare a price in the enquiry.
